Why upskirting and flashing are not yellow card offences but red flags to rape and even murder
On Friday (28 February) Harrison Lawrence Van-Pooss, 21, was jailed for life for the murder of Claire Knights as she walked her dog on a beach in Kent.
Van-Pooss (pictured below) also pleaded guilty to upskirting, which became a criminal offence in 2019 after a campaign by a woman called Gina Martin.
