Murderbook Volume V: The forgotten years (2013-2016)
Today I am publishing the fifth volume of my unique Murderbook database, which takes us from January 2013 up until December 2016.
This was an era - before Brexit and then COVID-19 dominated our news headlines - when our biggest fears were killers motivated by gang loyalties, a warped idea of “jihad” or suffering from mental illness.
Lee Rigby (pictured, right) was murdered - and almost beheaded - by two Islamist psychos in Woolwich, south London in May 2013, three months after Chris Kyle (left), a former US Navy Seal dubbed “the deadliest sniper in US history” was murdered at a shooting range in Texas by another former Iraq war veteran.
