Murderbook Volume I: From assassination of US governor to a very British gangland double murder

(1900-1989)

Today I will be publishing the first of several volumes of my Murderbook databases, which start in 1900 and will eventually take you right up until the present day.

I began Murderbook in 1990, when I was starting out as a journalist on a local newspaper, and you will find they are a pretty unique database of homicides from all around the world, including Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa (pictured, left) and Lesley Molseed (pictured, right) who were both killed in 1975.

Over the years I filled three A4 books before I decided to upload the whole thing. Now I’ve decided to put them behind a paywall, so if you are a paid subscriber, fill your boots, starting with the assassination of the Governor of Kentucky in 1900 and ending with a double murder in Epping Forest in 1989.
